    The Perfect Camp Stove

I’ve been using the Camp Chef Everest 2 burner stove for years now. industry leading heat, simmer control could be better, but i’m still wind it’s not bad. But if you need to boil water or use med/high heat it can’t be beat. less than the Genesis and Cook Partner. Which is funny as i’d like to...

    March 30 to April 8, 2023

Might want to check for road closures. I’m postponing my Utah trip as many of the roads are impassable, and will most likely be in poor condition in two weeks. melting snow, mud, washouts… Same with Eastern Sierras. Stay safe

Too much weight on one side?

Those ballasts looks like the ticket . I have King adjustable shocks all around with Deaver leafs in the rear. I spoke with deaver and they said to add a couple more leafs if i’m going to be running around with a constant 400-500lbs over stock. I am trying to limit my weight on top, no RTT. But...

Too much weight on one side?

I do a considerable amount of off-roading, with full articulation going on. The air suspension kits unfortunately are not great for off-road use, otherwise they would be first on my list.

Too much weight on one side?

I also have the Redarc/Ctek question posted but thought of this as well. My 2019 F150 has a RSI Smartcap. I also have the RSI table. A Frontrunner Slimline rack will be on top. I also plan on adding a 270 awning of some sort (i will post about that i’m sure) and I prefer the driver side looking...

I am looking to install a fridge in the bed of my truck, which is covered by a canopy. I was going to do a simple stand alone solar setup with a MPPT controller, solar panel on the roof and the connections for the fridge and other accessories. However, I recentlly became aware that I can have...

Mount fridge slide to truck bed or add a truck bed floor?

I’m looking to mount a fridge on a slide as well in my F150. it’s a newer one with the aluminum bed. Probably shouldn’t just screw the wood floor through the aluminum. What would you guys recommend for this situation? Also, would you leave the corners uncovered? Or add a piece of plywood to...

CA Oceano Dunes - Coastal Commission Votes Unanimously to Force OHV Closure in 3 Years

That’s a damn shame. Just took my kids there in 2019, they had a great time riding the dunes.

    Recent Mojave Trail updates?

Thanks for the updates. I’ve crossed Soda when I shouldn’t have before. Was a hell of an adventure but we made it across. Was cleaning that stuff out of every crevice of the truck for days.
