I am based in the UK & Canada, I am semi retired and nomadic.
In 2018 I purchased the following truck, built in Oshawa, Ontario where my dad worked at GM (Photo attached). It’s in amazing condition ( I hope to keep it that way , except for pinstrips - one owner and near to no rust which is rare for Canada!

The same year I also bought a camper shell to place on the back of the camper, it is one of a kind, built by a boat builder originally from Marthas Vineyard 30 years ago, it weighs 500lbs (pictures below) its was sitting neglected in Port Townsend, WA.
In Jan 2020 I headed West from Toronto to collect the camper shell in WA and began the build/restoration in earnest, then COVID struck and I ended up working on the truck in a Home Depot carpark in vancover before heading back across Canada to Oshawa, Ontario and storing the truck safely for the winter in my storage container!
This year 2022 in September I will fly out from the UK to contine the build!
I will be documenting the build and equipment on this OB thread:-
