South bound and down. Just a bit longer before I start my trip down to Arizona!!!
Just purchased a new truck. Sadly the old dodge has had its run but it’s time to part ways.
Planning on doing the drive back up to Fairbanks tomorrow evening from Anchorage and leaving Saturday evening back to Anchorage.
Need a storage place to store my camper and Subaru here in Anchorage Alaska if anyone knows a affordable spot.
Just made it to the meet up in Fairbanks
108 miles outside of Fairbanks. Been a long night but getting close
In the truck and back on the road should be to Fairbanks around 8:30 am
Transmission is dead I’m the Subaru did not make it to Fairbanks. I will be going back to pick up my truck later tonight so I can make the rest of the drive
Just now leaving Anchorage Alaska to head to Fairbanks. If I don’t not have an status update by tomorrow around noon please send someone to find me. There is little service along the highway from Anchorage to Fairbanks so I will have little to no communication.
Leaving Friday February 5 after work to make the drive from Anchorage Alaska to Fairbanks Alaska. I will update status again once I leave. I am looking forward to hosting the cars and coffee RP and meeting some of the great overland community that shows up.
Driving the Dodge today but seams she’s having trouble with the transmission lately
