Sierra Foothills Overlanders, Bear Lake Trip Aug 17 through 19.
The plan is for an advanced party to get there Thursday August 16th and hopefully get a large dispersed campsite on the west side of the lake, the majority of the people will come in on Friday afternoon and then leave Sunday morning.

This is a very small lake with good fly fishing along with access to lots of 4x4 trails to explore.
Some of the places to explore; Rubicon Trail, Ellis Peak, Richardson Lake, Sourdough Hill and many more.

This is an easy trail but rocky, a light lift and off road tires are recommended. If you have a stock vehicle I can give you directions to come in another way.
Priority will be given to; Sierra Foothills Overlanders, Reno Overlanding, and Sacramento Meet-up then the rest of OLB West.
