All important information for Saturday, 22 March at a glance:

From 8:30 am to 9:00 am, the garbage bags will be handed out at Haus am Römer in 68623 Lampertheim. I will do this for the group.

Start of the garbage collection: 9:00 am
End of the collection: 12:00 pm

Meeting point:
Our search area is located near the district of Neuschloss on the edge of the forest. This is good, because everyone can easily reach it from the A5 highway.
We will meet at 8:45h at the parking lot Lampertheim Neuschloss near the forest.

If I am a little late, it is because I still have to pick up the bags in the city center before.

Organisational:
• The filled garbage bags must be placed along the search route so that they can be taken away by the sweeper trucks.
• For this reason and also with regard to collection, please do not fill your bags with heavy material to the maximum, but only to the extent that transportation is possible. Alternatively, we can drop them off at three collection points (parking lot of the water sports hall at the building yard storage area, NATO Ramp, Feierabendhalle TV Lampertheim).
• Please note that rotting material such as wood, reeds, green waste, etc. will not be collected.

My suggestion is that we make ourselves comfortable where we park the vehicles after the action and have a little chat and something to eat. Everyone should bring something to eat and drink. Otherwise we will be self-catering that day anyway.
