Location:
The Overland Adventure Summit is held on a private campground near the Red River Gorge in Kentucky, conveniently located just minutes from the Mountain Parkway in Central Kentucky. It's a brief 15-minute drive from an extensive network of trails on the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway and the Kentucky Adventure Tour.

About Camping:
Your camping pass allows access to the event, vendors, and classes from 2:00 PM on Thursday through 12:00 PM on Sunday.
Check-in times are from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday and 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Friday. Please contact us if you're arriving outside these hours.

Sites are assigned by hosts. Camp with your group by arriving together. Each campsite measures 20’ by 20’ and accommodates one vehicle. Trailers up to 20’ require an additional trailer site purchase.

Golf carts and UTVs/ATVs are prohibited. Motorcycles are allowed only in general parking or at your campsite. Bicycles and e-bikes are welcome.

To respect other campers, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and generators are prohibited. Camping is on a grassy and uneven terrain without water or power hookups. Porta-potties are available. No food is provided on site, but the venue is close to Stanton, KY. Please minimize trash.

Campfires are allowed only in designated fire rings or if elevated off the ground. All fires must be completely extinguished when unattended, and you must have a fire extinguisher if you have a fire.

Tickets:
Day passes are valid from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and include free parking. Camping passes cover from Thursday at 2:00 PM through Sunday at 12:00 PM, with arrivals permitted up to 8:00 PM. Camping passes include one vehicle and the driver. Additional passenger and trailer passes are available. Children aged 12 and under attend free.
