Shortly on Saturday I will be embarking on the journey from Anchorage Alaska to Phoenix Arizona. Due to the boarder I may hit a rough patch getting in and out but I am happy to pick up travelers along the way. Be sure to contact me if you have any fun camp sites along this path and we will make sure to make it our rest spots. If you decide to join make sure you plan for sleeping outside. It’s getting colder and colder every day.

I am packing pretty heavy due to me moving down to the lower 48 but here are some of the basics you will need if your car or truck is not already equipped.

•Tent
•Sleeping bag and Pad (pillow if you want)
•light weight and heavy clothes
•work glove
•head lamp / flashlight
•fire starter : lighter, matches, exc
•light and heavy weight clothing

Anything else you bring is up to you.
