Location: please see map, directions will be provided for participants - done.
Participants: min 5 max 25 rigs
General:
- Camping on a tiny campground in the woods nearby a creek, beautiful location
- Toilets in the nearby building
Programme (preliminary, ideas and contributions are welcome)
Friday, 29.04.2022
- Arrival from 2PM - Please do not arrive earlier than Friday 2 PM. We will have the place available only from then. Who comes from further away and is therefore on the road earlier, can contact me, I'll be happy to give tips for accommodation in the region.
- Welcome, relaxed arrival and getting to know each other
- Barbecue and campfire
Saturday, 30.04.2022
Breakfast all together, we will build a big mutual table out of our camping tables and chairs
Different workshops throughout the day:
- 11:00am to 12:00/noon: Workshop "Breakdowns on the road - tools, jacks, spareparts, material and tactics" with Rick and Bjoern
- 1:00pm to 2:00pm: Workshop "Tire repair - tires, sparewheels, tools, material, different techniques, material and tactics" with Bjoern
- 3:00pm to 4:00pm: Workshop "First aid and travel pharmacy - techniques, equipment and how to use it" with Thore
- First, I had that idea to have one or more picture shows. But because many of us have only met in the forum yet or maybe only once and so it is nicer to use the time for good conversations around the campfire. We can do that on another meeting.

I'm sure you understand that there will be costs for renting the place/ sanitary facilities, firewood, etc.
We therefore need at least 10 participants and a cost contribution of € 25 per per person to make this happen. Please RSVP in this post and add your name to the list to participate. Please register as soon as possible, but until December 31, 2021 at the latest. Only then we can plan the event well. Registration closed.
Please note: this is a private event and not an organized event. That means, the event lives from participation, everybody is responsible and liable for his actions and behaviour. Let´s behave as always in such a way that we can come back next year.
Another important note that I also received from the manager of the place: we must remember that we are still in a situation that has its uncertainties, so that it can happen, as in the last two years, that the authorities allow the opening of the place only later in the year and not as usual in the spring and thus we have to cancel the event. But I think you are all aware of that and we all look positive into the future.
As said, please also feel free to contact me if you would like to contribute anything (workshop, etc.). The program thrives on participation. Everyone can and should contribute. Bring your questions, tools, share experience and so on please. Any input and support are welcome.
