Rally Point Details:

The Spout Springs Repeater Association Field Day Event is near! We begin at 11 AM on Saturday morning June 26th, and conclude 24 hours later, at 11 AM Sunday morning, June 27th. Please join us!

We are operating from Two Rivers Park in the SE Kennewick (Finley) area. Traveling South on SR 397, turn East (left) onto Finley Road, and travel about 1 mile to the park on your left. The address is 213316 E Finley Rd, Kennewick, WA 99337. This is a Benton County Park and the SSRA are permitted guests. Please drive slowly in the park, as we will be sharing it with the general public.

We will begin set up Saturday at 7:00 AM
There is plenty of shade, grass and the riverbank for your comfort at this outdoor event.
There is also playground equipment for children.

We are planning to operate 4 individual HF bands simultaneously.
Computer logging will be in place at each station making all of your contacts simple to record.

This is your personal invitation to attend the SSRA’s 6th Annual Field Day Event! Along with the HF operations, the SSRA will be conducting a J-Pole antenna Construction and Tuning event. Be sure to register be sending an email to antennaworkshop@WF7S.net for this opportunity to build your own high performance J-Pole antenna!

Join us to experience the thrill and excitement of hundreds of amateur radio contacts! No HAM license? No problem! Newly interested ones and seasoned veterans are all welcome to participate. Several licensed amateur radio operators will be present to assist everyone in contacting other stations on the air.

Spend an hour, or spend the night! Bring a lawn chair, umbrellas, pillow/cot or tent, and plan on experiencing your first 100+ contact day on the amateur bands! We will be operating 24 hours, straight through the night. Ample shade, restrooms, and parking is available. A complimentary SSRA member lunch with beverages will be served on Saturday between 1 and 2 PM. Non-members and guests are encouraged to either become members or a suggested $5 donation is encouraged for lunch. We would sure enjoy seeing you there.
***Parents with young children, please be mindful that this is a public venue with members of the general public also using the park. Please keep a close eye on children and your valuables. Make sure to lock your vehicle, and be mindful of your surroundings. Radio equipment on site is quite expensive and fragile, so please monitor younger ones at this PUBLIC event. Be sure to sign our guest register on site, and ask any and all questions you might have. Most importantly, ENJOY!

Thank you for considering participating in your Associations 6th ANNUAL FIELD DAY!
We look forward to seeing you there!

Sincerely;
Your Spout Springs Repeater Association
