Welcome to our second annual Tents & Tires New Year's Day Mountain Top Rendezvous. Come on up to Georgia's highest peak and meet with Jeepers, Overlanders, and adventure drivers from all over the southeast.
We will gather in the main parking lot of Brasstown Bald in Hiawassee GA (V59Q+8M Young Harris, Georgia) (34.868285, -83.810841) from 10am to 5pm.
This event is open to anyone and everyone!
***$5 CASH parking fee (to be paid at the gate)***
Guided trail rides will be planned, sponsored by Peach State Overland (Donations to benefit (TBD))
Hot coffee, tea, and coco will be provided courtesy of Wandering Wolf Overland (Find the big orange tent! Donations accepted will go directly to the Brasstown Bald Interpreters Center and Museum)
This is a protected Federal Wilderness Area. No loud music, NO DRONES (they WILL fine you!)
We are sharing this event space with hikers, naturalists, and tourists, so be respectful of there space and experience.
Limited restroom facilities, be prepared!
If you get hungry, or want to gather after the event, Hiawassee Brew is only about a 20 minute drive from the mountain.
