From What I heard there is only online pre registration.

I plan on heading up and being there around 11:30.

If anyone wants to drive up from Ponderay together we can meet at the Conoco on Highway 95 near Walmart Ready to leave there around 10:00.

I plan on filling up with fuel North of Bonners Ferry at the Three Mile Exxon.
