Rally Point Details:

The initial meeting point on Friday will be in Hay-on-wye, then on the Sat there will be approx 60kms off-road in linked BOATs and UCR's. One of the trails requires a permit to use which I will arrange nearer the time. The Sat night campsite will be a different location close to Strata Florida which will be one of the Sunday trails.

Suitable for all vehicles with 4x4 or good ground clearance. I.E Freelander upwards or lifted Nissan Micra

Requirements: Sense of humor, Patience and love of Sheep :), On a serious note, comms is a big problem on these routes as the mobile networks are none existent. I understand some will have CB's and others don't. There is the PMR option which is cheap and work's but will open a discussion up on the forums about this.

Max Rigs will be 30 individual like-minded people trail travel will be groups of 6 due to the permit and CV-19 Requirements. Campsite may have additional CV-19 process's to follow, but these are fluid at the moment.

Knowing the area, it can be quite busy, but this is the last weekend of the school holidays so should be ok, travel groups will be dispursed over two different route options to reduce the impact.

P.S you may need to bring larger amounts of firewood as campfires need to be larger to accommodate CV-19 requirements. On that note as this a a ever-changing scene the rules around this will be what they are at the time of the event to meet the requirements.
