Planning a pre-Christmas 4wd day trip. The plan is to meet at zig zag railway and heading from here along Blackfellows Hand Trail before going up the Bicentennial Track towards Baal Bone Gap and Capertee.

Trip highlights include: The Lost City, Gardens of Stone, Rock art, Stunning views, Steep climbs and descents.

Depending on time and numbers we might be able to add in a couple of other tracks on the way back.

Minimum requirements:
Parts of this route are very steep and has some large washouts so a lift and all-terrain tyres are a must.
Recovery gear (just in case)

Vehicles with winches will be going.
Depending on weather parts of the route are known to get boggy in places. So be prepared just in case.
A sense of adventure (experienced 4wders will be there to help if you need it - we all need help sometimes).
A camera some of the views are pretty spectacular

Lunch: I’m happy to cook some snags depending on numbers.

Trip is rated hard due to the washouts and steep climbs and descents.
