Rally Point Details:
Meet at Callie's Campground (5515 Campton Rd, Stanton, KY 40380) around 7:00 pm on Friday. Basic camping is $15, firewood is available.
Saturday we will start around 9am and discuss capabilities/options, aiming to leave by 10am (late arrivals welcome). I would like to get most of the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway completed, starting with Spaas Creek and working our way around counter clockwise to end at the viewpoint pictured. Plan on doing easy trails. Some medium options are available if everyone feels comfortable enough.
Recommended gear: All terrain tires, CB radio. Stock vehicles can do the easy trails, but rubbing is likely. I've watched a bone stock Honda CRV do it with street tires, and it's not recommended!
