Where to buy MXT275 Radio

Just wondering if anybody knows where to find someone who sells the Midland MXT 275 GMRS Mobile Radio here in the Fraser Valley / Lower mainland?
They run around $140 US . I did find one listing on Amazon.ca for almost $500. WTF

GMRS Radios

GMRS radios require a license from the FCC which covers your immediate family. However, these radios have higher power output which can increase range and reliability.

MYGMRS carries them as an authorized Midland dealer. Not sure what shipping would be like to Canada though.

Was looking for a MXT400 in Canada. Couldn't find a dealer. Will probably just order directly from Midland.
