Wait could you rephrase the question?
Let's see,

For instance, there are several mapping systems out there for going off Road but the ones I've used all seem difficult to use. I would like to see a product that flows like Google Maps that is easy to use and uses eadily available data.

Perhaps another way to ask the question is, what have you made for yourself that makes your experience with overlanding easier, and you've made it because it's not available on the market?

Oooh! Okay haha I get it :) .

I searched hi and low for a way to fit a 33" spare underneath my 4runner with a tow hitch, plus a way to carry a cooler and fuel / water on the back of my rig. I found nothing, so I ended up building my own bumper to accomplish those goals.

I really want a strong, tidy mount for my tablet that integrates with my stereo adapter bracket. I don't want wonky RAM arms all over the place to support my tablet, instead I want a strong minimal mount sticking right out of the dash.

Probably easier to explain with pictures of what I made for my Jeep

Well, now that you have narrowed it down that takes all the fun out of it.

I was going to say a time machine. Particularly one that collapses down to something no bigger than a briefcase.

I am still waiting for it to be developed. And I am certain it would be useful in any number of offroad applications.
