OK, so you got yourself a new trasharoo. Answer these questions if you can. What do you carry in it besides trash? What's on the outside? Yep, I have seen folks carry wood on the way to a campsites, bags. I just saw a video of some guy putting a small trashcan in his.
Ideas? Suggestions?

Wood for sure. ,Also use the smaller pockets for tools and such. We are going to the middle of nowhere Texas next week and I will put my groceries in it on the way from the last stop before our spot.

I decided to try out the NBX Garb after years of feeling like my trasharoo just fell short of expectations. Check it out. I love the internal wood straps and how easy it is to detach from the support straps which stay on the tire. This makes it a very quick process to remove the bag and put inside the truck for the night or in a bear box. Adjustments.jpg

Nice photo, and a couple of good ideas. It is nice to know we are of like-minded folks on this site. I did get a Trasharoo recently and noticed the pockets on the outside. Not something you need but a great option to carry unwanted items you don't want in the cab.

Yup I put that 30L trash can in mine. But itself I could see liquids and other stuff leaking out of any trash bag liner that one might but in there.

When I was camping in a tent (now in a trailer) I found my Trasheroo to be good for carrying sleeping bags, air mattresses and camp pillows (2 of each). They're light and if it was raining I'd throw everything into a garbage bag and then put it into the Trasheroo. When at camp the bag would be empty for other uses … like trash, wood, etc.

An unanticipated use was for lacrosse. I coached for years and my kids played. After a day in a variety of weather, but mostly hot and wet, the equipment of two 13 to 21 year olds developed quite an aroma. The trip home was always better with their stuff in the Trasheroo.

Also, I think I saw this here on OB but I could be wrong. I recently put a 10 gal. Rubbermaid pail in my Trasheroo. It's a lot easier to use now and it looks better when it's empty or even half full. I keep an axe and mini shovel in there and add other things as needed.

Fantastic ideas keep them coming. I for one will do the trashcan and some of the other items. Thanks, folks, since that bag of mine looks like some Sasquatch stomped on it.
