Checked my email this afternoon and saw one from OverlandExpo. One of the headlines was about Warn acquiring Factor55.

Rather than compete with them, Warn Industries decided to purchase winch-accessories brand Factor 55.

Can’t say I’m all that surprised with most companies preferring acquisition over competition. I’m a fan of both so I’m curious to see how the acquisition changes both companies.

It would be nice if this meant you could buy a Warn winch packaged with the Factor 55 Fairlead and thimble.
