Well, after a year of my accident, I think the Tankoma is almost ready to hit the trails again!

Latest mod was the rear Drum to Disc Conversion w/ a Big Brake Kit! the only way to safely stop all the extra weight I carry!

So, its been a while since my last update...

So, here are some of the changes I've made to the Tankoma:

Installed rear bumpstops... What a difference!!! The only thing I had to get used was the sound when they hit the plate...

Designed and installed a Molle panel for the back of the rear seats... Lots of space! great way to get everything organized!!!

60% rear seat DELETE & new 95Lt Dometic Fridge... I travel with my GF and my dog, so no need for the whole rear seat... so made this space for my fridge, cameras, etc... also, my doggo loves when there's nothing...

Decked 1.0... yeah, I should have waited for the 2.0 to arrive.... but, I do live in México and it's a PITA to get some stuff, so started with this one and hope to upgrade in the next months or so...

Installed some sound deadener on the truck... what a difference in temperatures!

Finally, got some hood solar panels for my second battery... yeah, while in baja we camped for more than 3 nights at a beach and my secondary battery was drained by all the camping lights, and stuff connected to it, so I decided it was better to get it charged everyday without doing anything...

Very nice build, I have a 2017 Taco and I’m enjoying the almost same build as you. You’ve done a great job.

Have a question, what size rims and tires are you running?
