Starting out in Michigan

Thank you for the welcome who has wheeled in Michigan Drummond island before very new to overlanding and me and some friends want to try it out next summer up there. Any tips and advice would be great!

Went to drummond weekend after christmas and I really enjoyed it in the snow. So much that I created an event on here for another drummond run on the weekend of valentines day for 2021

I'm not sure how familiar you are with Michigan but in the lower peninsula there is the allegan forest and yankee springs forest and fennville forest I have played in them in the winter and it was a blast back when I had my 2007 ford f150 I would love to go play in the snow in Drummond island I never have been there so it would be cool to see new surroundings and scenery

I'm looking for at min of one other rig to go. As long as you have the necessary gear, you're more than welcome to go.

I would definitely be down to go but as of right now I'm just getting my feet wet and am not exactly sure what all I would need especially in the winter months
