Morning all-If you are looking for a great option for any time of the day, and meatless to boot if that matters to you, I just put up my new video. This is a Spanish Tortilla a in the dutch oven and it is really, really tasty. I hope you enjoy.

Tortilla is a great dish. Hadn't ever thought about doing it in a dutch oven at camp though. Not sure I could sell the mushrooms with my family, but doing something more traditional works. Maybe add some chorizo or cured ham. That plus a salad make a delicious dinner. Great idea!

Yep, normally there are potatoes and I bet some ham or chorizo would be good. I was wanting something a bit different and trying to keep it a bit lighter and less "mountain man breakfast".
