We've got a trailer on order so will no longer need the RTT but do need the garage space for the trailer. :) Bought new Aug 2020, slept in for 30 nights or less (A few local trips, 2 weeks in CO, a week in MT). No rips, tears, stains, etc. Never put away wet, always stored in the garage when not mounted for a trip. Comes with everything it arrived with; Rain fly, "door mat", boot bags, LED lights, removable mesh storage bag (mounts inside), memory foam pillows, zippered storage bag for the accessories, mounting hardware, 2 stakes and a roll-up stake bag, etc. Been a great tent, sleeps 3 full-size people comfortably or 2 adults and 2 kids. Located in Monticello, IL. Local pick-up or reasonable delivery distance (100mi?).
