Hello Overlanders & OffRoad Enthusiast!

I'm trying to figure out which roof top storage bins everyone has the best luck with. Also which is cost effective? I'm leaning towards the Plano 1819 sportsman bins. I want something that keeps out water, weather, dust & smells. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank You

Hey @NonStop , here's six pages of suggestions and comments about Storage Containers . In the fourth post in those six pages @Steve links to several past posts about containers.

I use the 56qt Plano totes. I weather strip sealed them from a post on here somewhere. This picture was from our beach trip to Fort Fisher yesterday. K is for Kitchen. R is for Recovery gear. I use two other ones that were not needed for this day trip. C for clothes and E for electronics (camp gear).

I have both 108 and 56 qt plano totes and both can be heavy to get up on a roof rack. I use a Plano heavy duty rifle case, it's 44X17x7, water proof and lockable. Low profile so it's quite when driving at hiway speeds.
