Doing a quick 4 day trip to sedona in a few days.
My mom and her BF decided they want to go.
They have a rubicon with a 22' trailer, but stock wheels and tires, so limited on where they can go and camp. I'm camping on the trails.
This will be exciting! I've been there many times before, but never in my JLURD on 38s. I've done all the touristy/scenic trails there, but found some more difficult trails, hopefully with technical sections.
Unfortunately the timing was bad with the weather.
This week it's cool and even snowing there, when I arrive, it'll be high 70s to mid 80s. Not my cup of tea, prefer the snow haha. I'll have to bring a fan to sleep.

A great time of year to be in the Sedona area, but expect crowds pretty much on any trail in the area, especially a lot of jeep and SxS rentals. Double check with Coconino Natl Forest, as most of the area and trails are limited to designated camp spots only now, sadly. I marked the one spot in the area west of Sedona where you can camp outside of the “parking lot” type designated grounds

Thanks for that information.
I made a list of lesser known trails as well. Worst case scenario, I can ask the visitors center or Rangers.
Yeah, usually I go in the winter, when there's less people. But I wanted to do a trip before summer rolls in. I stay home when it's warm out until things are back under 60°f. Don't do well in the heat.
