Hi All,

I have purchased a Patriot Camper X3 and would like to mount twin 4gallon rotopax to the front of it. I have seen Trail Recon do it (attached image below) and I would like to do the same. My question is; I would prefer to mount 2 x 4gallon rotopax across the front as my Raptor is thirsty and advice on the (attached) shopping list to see if these bits would all work together?
Im unable to find Rotopax instores here in Australia so I am a bit lost however like the setup options and ability to store them just about anywhere.
This setup will also allow me to keep 1 x 5gallon tank on, and swap out the other one with 2 x 2gallon diesel containers (for the camper heater).
Advice appreciated and cheers in advance.

I had teo mounted how it appears you are doing it. The recommendation if you are doign dual 4 gal rotopax with the extension is to use 3 mounting points. One in the middle and one on each side. It looks like on that picture its pretty solid going across so it should work without problem.

Thanks for the advice mate, appreciate the tip on using a middle mounting point. Normally Patriot Camper mount 2 or 4 maxtrax there, so I think going by that the strucutre should be fine to handle 2x4 gal rotopax.

Is the extension mount a must to mount the dual rotopax? Im not sure if the standard mount holds 1 rotopax therefore i need the extended mount will hold 2 of them etc. Thoughts??

that is correct you will need the extension to hold a second pax on top.
