Just wondering how everyone is wiring their lighting, etc. on the top of their rigs? I would like to set up a multi circuit system to power separate banks of lighting and power to my rtt. Is there a company that makes a multi pin water tight connector? Thanks

For my set of 4 roof rack lights, I use x2 4-pin trailer harnesses. The outer lights are on one circuit, and the inner pair on another. Two + and two - wires on the harness makes a perfect fit. I also connected opposite ends of the harness to each circuit so they don't get mixed up.

I run a 12 gauage + & - lead into the tent through the hindge area. Inside it splits off to a flexible led bar and a pair of USB ports. It connects with a Delphi weather pack connector at the end of lead so it could be used somewhere else. I use Delphi weather pack connectors on all the exterior led lights on my trailer.

Delphi, Deutsch, mulitlock, molex all make weather resistant connectors, and are prevalent in cars, trucks, and motorcycles. If a connector works 5" above the road totally exposed, roof applications should be easy.
