I just moved from Orange County to near Wenatchee, WA. Does anyone know of a rig and coffee or similar off road meetup in the area?

New to this, not sure if this is right place to post. Looking to drive to Sugar Loaf lookout from Wenatchee via Derby Canyon tomorrow November 8. Anyone interested let me know. If I get some interest I will then post time and location of departure.

Well, did you see my post of a meetup here in Chelan this weekend? Going to be out Overlanding on the many backroads around Lake Chelan. Would love to show you some great country. Sorry Vance, I did not see your post. Is there a certain place I should be looking for this side of the mountains? I am still trying to learn how to use this site. My little trip up to Sugarloaf was last minute. I will definitely let you know next time in advance, now that I know you can get the word out.

I would be up for some kind of meet up like the Rigs and Coffee. Yakima are might be a decent mid-way point for Tri-Cities and Wenatchee.

Short notice and leaving at 10am on a normal work day requires planning ahead. I need at least a few weeks notice to let work know I will be gone. If I was retired or really rich that would not be a problem, but I am neither.
I hope that we can get some trips planned in the spring. We will just have to be careful of where the snow level is at.

I am retired, so most of the time can go with short notice. There is a section on the form to post planned trips, to get the word out. Also, when not sure send me a P.M. Tell you what, I will setup a conference call for say next Sunday evening. I will post the call in number and information. We can start there. What do you think? For those that do come over to Wenatchee, we will meet up at the North side of Pybus Market, in the parking lot. This is a chance to check each other’s vehicles out and come up with some Ideas on some more meetups and Overland trips. See you there, Vance.
