Having issues witht he ralley point system and it only allowing me to send out 50 invites max for the distance and telling me that 395 we unable to go out. any insight?

This is due to the Rally Point having an inbuilt 50 vehicle cap/limit
Anything over this limit at present would need to be approved by OB - over 50 rigs is quite alot ;)
If you reach out to your local regional ambassador they may be able to assist with this further
