Resolved Rally Point iCal bug?

Problem: iCal download put short event as "All Day"
Expected: Event should have been added to the calendar for the time of the event.

Steps: Went to Rally Point event via Safari (macOS Monterey) and downloaded the ical using the supplied link. (specifically the Expedition demo event)
