PRINSU Cabrack + different accessories. Questions

Hey everyone!

I haven't gotten my prinsu cabrack yet (its supposed to be shipped tomorrow) but i am doing some planning/buying ahead. Was wondering from all the other folks with prinsu's on their rigs if you had answers to these questions. I want to mount my maxtrax, fuel and water rotopax for now, still debating about solar panels ontop of some pelican cases, but for now these are my questions.

1. what mount did you use to mount the rotopax on the rack?

2. what did you use to mount a pelican (and what pelican) on the roof?

3. did you use the maxtrax mounting pins, and if so did they fit the channels on the rack?

The Maxtrax mounting pins don't fit, however I've seen most people use some angled aluminum and make some brackets for them.

I'm going to do something like this:

So I just got my new suspension, going to get it installed next week. Does anyone have a good recommendation on wheels with a decent offset? i am going to run spidertrax spacers for now, but would like that to not be a permanent thing. Any suggestions are appreciated guys, 17" is the only size i can use because my current tires are 17" and they're almost brand new.

Happy to help, looking forward to seeing the suspension setup on your rig too.

As for wheels, since you want 17", I'd recommend contacting SCS Performance and seeing what they have that will work for you. They specialize in Toyota wheels and if I didn't have the TRD wheels on my truck, I'd look into what they offered. There website is being reworked, but they are on TacomaWorld:

They have other options too, you'll just have to go out to the main Wheels/Tires forum and the threads are all there.

Sweet! I'll take a look when i get home. Not sure if my stock wheels are going to work once i put the icon stuff in, but i have the spacers for now, just don't know how i feel about wheeling with those on, some guys have said they've had no problems, but not sure.
