Overland Expo 2018 East Before or After Trip

I am planing on going to Overland Expo East 2018, I live in Ohio and will be driving down and camping. Either before or after the event, I want to do some trails between Ohio and Asheville, NC. Anyone have any ideas on trails that are fun?

Our convoy to Expo East will be taking us through George Washington & Jefferson National Forests and I plan to hit more trails there on the way home on Sunday/Monday.
