The number of fake/spam accounts peddling FENTANYL!?, other ridiculous medical miracles, supplements, and such is nuts. IMO it really degrades legitimacy of the forums. I've reported a number of them, but surely something can be done to force people to create real accounts and thwart bots or this kind of garbage.
