Offset Spare Tire Carrier

Does anyone else here that has an offset spare tire carrier have issues with the vehicle leaning to the side that it’s on or is that just me? I just replaced my old worn out springs for numerous reasons but one that I was hoping would be fixed is my Jeep leaning to the side of where the tire sits. I made the carrier so I’m thinking about centering it up to try and alleviate the imbalance.

That's funny. I did just that. I have a split swing out and I put my gas cans on the side where my fuel door is. Swing out and siphon into tank. No mess. Without the fuel/water I get a bit of lean. On my TJ I centered the tire. Problem there is, I have nowhere to carry extra fuel.
