I am in the planning stages of a trailer build. Most likely I will have a main box with side cabinets. In one of the side cabinets I plan to store most if not all of the kitchen stuff. The fold down door acting as a make shift counter. I would love to hear and see how others with trailers handle packing up dishes, glasses/cups, silverware.......etc. My concern in the constant bouncing around will eventually destroy stuff if its not packed tight. Not to mention the lack of organization....I picture opening up the door and seeing everything scarred about the side cabinet. Just courious how others handle this?
