Nice route, Trona, Escape trail which most DV goers miss. Did Miguel drive down Lippencott? Also important did the fence job get finished? The Racetrack must have been flooded in the last rains.

Awesome route and video!! Thank you for sharing. I’ve been planning a DEVA trip. I was hoping to do Mengel, Lippincott and Steel passes in September. After the recent floods, I imagine that it will be quite a while before roads are opened. The floods were devastating.

We did finish and there is a possibility that it might be extended, just waiting on NPS to make that determination.
