Northeast Thanksgiving week 2020 suggestions

Hey there all. As a relatively new member here looking for a bit of advice on a trip to the Northeast late November. Traveling to Vermont/New Hampshire/ southern Maine the week of Thanksgiving with the family and I am looking at suggestions of places to stay and things to see that time of year with a RTT and young family. It's going to be cold camping, we know that and are prepared for it, but we are not familiar with the region. Got lots of experience in the Southeast and have been out to CO and Utah many times so want to try something different.
