Should be a lot of fun! Especially if we have the same weather as we did on the scouting trip!

Here's an aerial of the spot we're thinking about. Brandon and I are the two vehicles near the shore. As he mentioned, we tried the original location which was within the OHV park boundaries. The spot itself was awesome, but a little sketchy if we wanted to get to a spot that accomodates 10-ish vehicles and escaping the noise from nearby dirt bikes. We found this spot across the bay which is approx 300 yards from the public boat launch. Not really "escaping" civilization, but we're camping by water with mountain views. There's also a number of places we can explore on Saturday, so I'm proposing a choose your own adventure. Below are a few options near basecamp to explore.

Pinkham Falls - Approx 5 miles from camp (not sure what the road conditions are to get there)
Blue Lake - Approx 30 miles from camp
Douglass Hill OHV Park - this was our original camping spot. There are plenty of trails and sandy beaches to explore.

Our campsite also has some hiking trails nearby if you don't want to drive.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Honestly it's a great spot for a set-up and stay for a couple nights. Plenty to explore, definitely recommend a rug or something to take your shoes off on before getting into the tent, it's not really sand but not really mud. Oh and bring your swimsuits!
