Hey y'all,
I've technically been a member for several months now but just got around to introducing myself. I grew up in north GA, riding/hunting a lot of trails which now people associate with the GA traverse. I've always had full size trucks and currently own a 2019 Raptor. I've enjoyed camping since I was young and was introduced to RTT's roughly a year ago. It's safe to say I have little use for ground camping anymore.
The Raptor only has a few upgrades so far. I have a Diamondback bed cover and attached a rack system from Frontrunner to mount a 23Zero Walkabout 62. The wife, dog , and I have spent 2 nights in the tent so far and we love it! We use a GoalZero Yeti 1400 for our power needs while at camp for lights, fridge, electric blanket, etc. Suspension upgrades are next on the list.
Look forward to leveraging the resources of this community to fuel our efforts as we plan and equip for extended trips to the Western states. In the meantime, we're always up for a getaway in the southeast and making new friends.
Take care!
