New to the site and need help with a new project

I'm picking up a ML430 AMG tomorrow it's a one owner vehicle with 102,000 miles. It will be my third adventure vehicle. First was a 1996 Discovery, second was a 2005 4Runner. I'm going to need help with this one, any and all input would be greatly appreciated. I'm also new to forums, so my apologies if I'm doing this incorrectly.
