I can't seem to get rid of the counter on the icon on my iPhone or iPad. I've marked everything everywhere read but the 3 stays there. Any ideas?

I'm having a slightly different problem now... I get the badge notifications but nothing new under the Notifications section in the app since 10 March. Tried all the IT 101 stuff. Rebooted and deleted and reinstalled app. Any ideas #mightbedoingitwrong
