Hey all, I got into overlanding as my interests and priorities have changed in life. I found it a lot of fun going out and enjoying nature, spending time with friends and exploring parts of California I haven't seen before. I've been doing a bit of light trails for about 4 years now and in the last 2 years I reallly caught the bug in getting out there. Starting with hand me down camping gear and the local wally world clearance selection I've had nothing but a blast seeing sights I never thought I'd see. I've had to dig myself out of the snow with my buddy on more than one occasion and as annoying as that can be the memories created I'll enjoy for many years to come. My current truck is an 03 GMC Sierra 1500. It has about 170k on it and the repair list is just as long as the wanted mods list. I've taken pride in performing my own repairs and upgrades from suspension, electrical, communications and rebuilding the entire coolant system. Though it's not exactly what I want it gets the job done in spades. Hopefully there's a few people in the area who have some great spots to check out. I look forward to being part of the community.P1110387.JPG
