Hiya Bryce (@ageekwithajeep)! Welcome to Overland Bound and the Northwest Region. The Spokane area is starting to get more and more active every day. There is a monthly conference call, hosted by @Sandpoint Steve [link] where overlanders from the Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho area come together to discuss all kinds of things. One of the locals is working hard to put together several great activities that I am sure you will enjoy. If you have don't have your amateur radio license, there is an ARRL Technician Class coming up on January 10, 2019 in Coeur d'Alene, ID [link].

I see that you already made it over to the NorthWest Region forum [link]. That is a great place to find out what is coming up and also to share your experience. You can also take a look at the Rally Point system [link] to find what events are currently organized.
