Need to take one of the tests for your HAM license?

I am a member of Trail Seekers, off-road club in Wenatchee, WA. One of the founding Members of the clup is a Ham Instructor. Skip also teaches classes, but he will test anyone anytime if he is able with his busy schedule. I dont think he is allowed to administer a test without two other VE’s present. Tha just takes a little more coordinating. But gathering a small group of people and having him teach is something that should be definately considered. It is always good to know an Elmer. They can teach what can’t be learned through videos and study guides.
