I got my membership packet this week and never received my mini flag as part of my order. I have been trying all week to contact someone (6 time emailed) and never got a response. Has anyone had this issue and know how to contact the store other then email?

I just received an email from Megin at the store which was awesome. Dave thanks again for your help, I hope my post didn't cause any inconvenience for something so insignificant.
