Yes, the Gold Country group that meets in Auburn just finished a trip up that way. We camped near Bowman Lake.

I am mainly curious if there is decent fishing in Meadow Lake? My better half and I are going to head up there after work today for the weekend and would definitely like to do some catching and not just fishing haha

Ah, sorry, I don't have any Recon Intel on the quality of the fishing. We did see a few folks out with rods and takle.
There were a few up on Faucherie Lake as well.

From what google maps says, Jackson Meadows should have two or three on the shore line.
Our group just stopped at the dam for pics then proceeded up to Henness Pass.
Bowman Lake I think has a camp ground on the shore.
