Just got into Rapid City Area. Will be here 3 weeks. Any suggestions?

Hey all, I travel fulltime and I just got into the Rapid City area. Technically I'm near Deadwood/Lead but I'm open for suggestions all over the area.

Here's what I'm looking for.

1. I need a solid off-road shop to change out my balljoints on my Jeep and fix the front axle seal.

2. Any places that are "must-eat" because...I love food.

3. Any overland / overlanding related stores / shops you'd recommend.

4. Off-road trails to explore.

5. Any must-visit places that aren't the obvious ones. We already plan on Crazy Horse, Mt. Rushmore, Needles, Black Hills NP, Wind Cave NP.

4) Get yourself a Motor Vehicle Usage Map of the Black Hills then head to the Camp 5 Trailhead. Miles and miles of trails, mild to wild, start there.
