Found a 92 Bighorn Japanese import with a 3.1L diesel for sale. Low miles but I know nothing about these rigs. Can anyone give me advice on reliability and durability?

Isuzu is the biggest diesel engine manufacturer in the world. In the few cars they made( most they do commercial vehicles) , they put the engine from their commercial vehicles. The engine is bullet proof, if it does not have rust.. and you like it.. go ahead.

Isuzu makes an amazing truck but I would never buy another one. The reason for that is in the early 2000s they completely abandoned the North American light truck market so parts are extremely hard to come by at times.
