I was wondering if there are any car insurance companies that offer special policies for vehicles that are used recreationally only? I live in the state with the highest car insurance rates in the country. I have three cars, and one of them (FJ Cruiser) is retired from daily driving and used only for trips anymore and otherwise stored.
I was thinking there might be a special insurance for this kind of use that may be cheaper than daily driver's insurance, but my current company (Esurance) has nothing.
