I am looking to lift my current JKUR and am looking for input, from people who use it (not sell it). I am looking at the AEV 2.5" lift with control arm correction brackets. Has anyone of you ran this lift with a loaded down JK (roof rack RTT or Ursa Minor, fridge, overland gear...)? I am running 315/75/17 tires (34") on Black Rhino -18mm offset wheels. All my research says this lift will work, but if I get any sag due to weight, I would need to remove it and start over with a 3.5" or 4" lift....And I am not wanting to spend $1100 then remove it and spend another $2000. Also, currently AEV does not offer a HD spring option for the 2.5" lift.
If you are running a similar setup with a different lift, what is it and what do you think of it?
This Jeep is a DD, that will see trails, rocks, overlanding, and be used accordingly it may even see the occasional mall parking lot too.
