I've had little luck finding a mainstream market here, so i'm reaching out to see if any other members of this site know where those crazy few of us on the fringes of true offroad rig ownership can go to get the parts we need?

next step would be to find measurements, then go in search of replacements from other vehicles.

Im no expert on hyundi products but you may be in the dark on this. There will have to be a pretty large ammount of folks clammering for hyundi offroad parts for any mfg to make them. I dont think too many are doing that. So you would likely have to make you own stuff. What parts are you looking for ?

Looking for any really, I don't think there is a market state side for these vehicles to be offroaded. I've found some in Australia and the Pacific and a bit over in Europe. Rockstar made a special one for 2016 SEMA, so there was some ideas there. Clearly, not the clamoring for Hyundai off-road parts (like you said).

Got some ideas, gonna see what can be done simply. Wifey got wind of my grand designs and put a bit of a kibosh on them. I should be able to get skid plates out of it, may be some removable tube 'bumpers' and sliders. The SEMA Tucson had 33's under it, so may be I can get away with 30's in a more aggro tire and a more responsive shock. Ground clearance is always gonna be an issue clearly. There are a few spring and shock type lift kits and a few more inches on the tire will improve that a bit more too. Seems this one will have to be a labor of love... not sure the wifey will let me go that far now, but we shall see.

If you can find em Order those parts from overseas, i had to do that with my colorado most of my stuff came from either australia, phillipines or i made myself. Or hope that sometime in the future there is a want for them here although the price would likely be outrageous stateside like everything is. Example being my snorkel cost $95 shipped from au if i waited a few years i could have gotten it for upwards of $200 here
